what has been the best benefit for negotations who have gotten? We do not get our breaks no matter if we work the 8hr, 10 hr, 12 hr. It just seems to be a given here. Keeping in mind, I'm not talking about when we are short staffed or really busy. We are part of the officers associations but rarely reap benefits from it but the only other option was to join the secretary's. I just feel we are different. we get no shift differental, bilingual pay,work all holidays, etc. I just need some ideas that may help all of us out.
